More than recruitment
GRIP is a Dutch staffing company that takes care of the whole picture — finding the right people, drafting the paperwork, handling the payroll, and making sure everything stays in line with Dutch labour standards.
Most of our workers are international, placed across logistics, production and horticulture. We stay in daily contact with both sides — the client and the worker — to know every detail and solve every issue on time.

GRIP connects organisations with people who genuinely fit the role and the working environment. That is why we know not only our clients but also our workers personally. Through short lines of communication and clear, open contact, we build lasting partnerships.
GRIP specialises in international flexible workers and Dutch skilled professionals, from production and logistics to technical and office roles. With our multilingual team, we prepare and support our workers properly, in their own language where needed.
